AI store chat

If you start a chat, we store your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and conversation so our team can follow up. Chat questions may be sent to Google's Gemini API to prepare store-related answers. We do not intentionally send the contact fields from the chat form to Gemini, but information you type into a chat question may be processed by Google. Google's free API tier may use submitted content to improve its products. Please do not enter payment card numbers or other sensitive information in chat. If the AI service is unavailable, our chat may use basic store-information replies instead.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes PayPal and eligible card payments. Card information entered in PayPal's payment fields is handled by PayPal; we receive payment status and transaction details needed to manage your order. We share only the information needed with providers that support payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, shipping, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers and business.
