These terms apply to orders and use of BestPuppyPads.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms shown here and the product, price, shipping, and payment details displayed at checkout. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain in effect.

Products and orders

We sell puppy training pads in the pad types, sizes, and case quantities shown on each product page. Please confirm your selection before ordering. Availability, prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown before payment. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled; a payment for an unfulfilled item will be refunded.

Payments and promotions

Payments are processed through PayPal, including eligible card payments on our checkout page. An order is not complete until payment succeeds and we confirm it. Promotional codes and bulk discounts may have eligibility conditions displayed at checkout and cannot be combined when the checkout says only one applies.

Shipping

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5 to 7 days after shipment, but timing may vary with location, carrier conditions, and stock. If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number.

Returns and refunds

Unused, unopened cases may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to request a prepaid return label and instructions. After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the eligible purchase amount to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights you have for damaged, incorrect, or defective goods under applicable law.

Subscriptions, when offered

If you choose an available Subscribe & Save option, the first order is charged at its regular applicable price. The displayed subscription discount begins with the first successful renewal. Future orders are billed on the schedule shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel future renewals from your account before the next charge; cancellation does not reverse an order already paid for or shipped. Any return remains subject to the return policy above.

Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate order and delivery information. Product information is provided to help you choose puppy pads and is not veterinary advice. These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

Changes and contact
